For 17 years, Leland Builders, Inc. has specialized in building custom new homes as well as home renovations and home additions in the Triangle area.  A Raleigh native, owner and operator Lee Williams was once headed for a lifelong desk job after graduating from Appalachian State University with a Marketing degree and four years of experience in the corporate world.  It was not until a fun renovation project with his wife that he discovered his passion for construction and was inspired to start his own business.  Almost two decades later, Lee has grown Leland Builders into a fully licensed and insured contracting company focused on exceeding the expectations of his clients.  Each project is designed and completed based on client specifications, keeping in mind the company’s philosophy that every home must be more than just aesthetically pleasing.  Leland Builders homes must also provide spaces that have purpose of function, efficiency, flow, seamlessness and just “feel right.” 

Lee works with an exclusive group of craftsmen to ensure that you are receiving the quality, service and timely completion that is required. As Lee wears many different hats, you will have the experience of working directly with the owner of the company from beginning to end on all aspects of your project giving you the highest level of personalized customer service.
